As a consultant to foundations and individual donors, I provide strategy, fresh perspectives, honesty, integrity, and emotional intelligence to every engagement. I am keen to lift up the big-picture vision for work, while ensuring all the details get accomplished. Working collaboratively with team members and grantees, I always have time to lend an ear, offer advice, and champion progress.

I love my role as ‘interpreter’, translating the concerns of the community and nonprofits to donors, and the goals and vision of donors to the organizations they are funding. I recognize that people are often working towards the same goals but that they bring different perspectives, values and experiences to their work. There is a need to deeply listen to one another and to seek understanding in order to carve out a partnership that will last.
